A Brief History of Me
BORN: 1950. Raleigh, North Carolina still bears the scars on the community psyche.
SCHOOL: 1956-1972. Glenwood Kindergarten, Hayes Barton Elementary, FDR High School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
NAVY: 1972-1993. Found wife-elect buried under paperwork at NAS Patuxent River. I was a Naval Aerospace Physiologist and lectured on military medical stuff, ran survival training, and wrote manuals. I retired in 1993.
MARRIED: April 5th, 1976, to Vicki ("Miz Roo").

WRITINGS: Military manuals, research reports, network administration training manuals, and articles on programming for a couple of computer magazines. In 2009, I started writing short stories about motorcycle adventures. I self-published a collection of stories as "The Incredibly Normal Adventures of RoosterBoots" (Second Edition is now available on Amazon).
While putting together another book of short stories, rewrite fever turned a simple ghost story into "Abigail Dare", a novel about true love, growing old, and reaching out from beyond the grave. It's pretty good, and it's available on Amazon (paperback and Kindle).
The next book is hiding beneath the keyboard. I've managed to drag nearly a hundred pages out from under there. Look for it next year.
